Chris Justice, founder of Sparksight, got his start working at IBM, CA, Vignette, the SEC and the FBI before starting his event production & experience company. Luckily iV learns nothing about his FBI background, but does learn that he started 7 years ago pitching an idea for a year until someone said yes and then went to BestBuy to get it going. After not enjoying this startup path, Chris and his partner Kelly Shores came up with a one-sentence mantra on what they were going to do w/ their company, that still guides them today (think people & trust).
