Gabriela Albescu grew up in a 10,000 person village in Romania raised by a priest (father) & a pharmacist (mother). She grew up to become President of AEISEC, largest student run organzation in the world (30,000+ students from 106 countries) w/ over 1/2 a million alumni (mostly entrepreneurs). Every 2 years they bring in new leadership & a new budget as well as earn their own money (think starting a company every 2 yrs). iV interviews Gabriela to learn how she got the spot and what were the 3 biggest challenges she faced in running an organization this size at such a young age.
